We were pleased to take part in one of the most significant healthcare sector transactions in Slovakia in 2025, carried out within the MEDIREX GROUP. The transaction consisted in the acquisition by Dr. Radoslav Bardún of the ownership stake held by the German partner, Hans Jakob Limbach, in the Medirex Group – as a result, the group came under the full control of Dr. Bardún.
Our involvement included providing tax advisory and transaction structuring services for MEDIREX GROUP throughout the entire process. As part of the cooperation, we ensured coordination of tax matters and support in designing an optimal structure in accordance with Slovak tax regulations.
